When two global spirits brands came to Atlanta for the MJUS Conference, they trusted Special Event Factory to turn Palo Santo Atlanta and Live at the Battery into fully immersive brand experiences
Corporate event styling isn’t just about making a room look beautiful — it’s
about making a brand feel alive in a physical space. When Teremana Small
Batch Tequila and Jägermeister both came to Atlanta for their multi-day all-
company conference in January 2025, each activation called for a different
creative vision. What they shared: a need for a team that could handle end-
to-end design and logistics execution at the highest level. That’s what we
do.

Teremana at Palo Santo Atlanta: Bringing the Brand to Life
The Teremana activation called for an environment that felt organic, earthy,
and aspirational — a natural extension of the brand’s identity.
We transformed Palo Santo Atlanta’s event space into a lush standing cocktail
experience for conference attendees to enjoy after a long day of learning.
Our scope covered full creative and logistical execution: sourcing and
managing the allocation of branded accessories and decor, bringing in fresh
full-size tropical trees and curated potted plants, and styling the space from
the ground up to reflect the brand’s aesthetic. Product displays were built
out shelf by shelf, layering Teremana’s Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo
expressions with agave plants, terracotta vessels, and artisan pottery — a
presentation that was equal parts editorial and experiential.

We also provided specific quantity recommendations for bottle displays,
coordinated with the production team to receive and distribute inventory to
designated locations, and managed a clear installation and deinstallation
schedule to ensure a seamless experience across all three event days.

Jägermeister at Live at the Battery: Bold Brand, Transformed Bar
For Jägermeister, the brief was different but demanded the same precision.
Working at Live at the Battery — one of Atlanta’s most high-energy
entertainment venues — our team was responsible for fully redecorating the
bar environment to reflect Jägermeister’s iconic brand identity.
We sourced, positioned, and styled Jägermeister bottles at prime display
level, incorporated bold branded signage and wall graphics, and ensured
every visual touchpoint in the space told the brand’s story from the moment
guests arrived. Every item was clearly labeled per our inventory allocation
plan, and all branded materials were returned to the warehouse post-event
as part of our full deinstallation process.
